You are employed by a company of the IZOTOP Group – which one is stated in your contract – with everything that goes with it: social security, holiday, sick pay.
Looking for work in Germany?
For production, warehousing and logistics, for fitters, construction workers and welders. You work at customers’ sites in Germany. Contract, pay, accommodation and travel – we organise that. You bring your skills.
What we offer you.
Every month, to your account, with a payslip. The temporary-work wage floor and equal pay are the minimum – for qualified work we pay accordingly more. We tell you the figure in writing before you commit.
Near the site, with colleagues from the team. Free for you, no deduction from wages.
From Lithuania to the site and back, usually by minibus.
A1 certificate, posting documents, registrations. You do not have to call any authority.
In teams from 4 people a site lead is on site, knows the company and sorts out questions with the German foreman. For smaller deployments you reach your contact at our office by phone.
You get them from us.
Talk to the site lead. We find another deployment – we don’t leave anyone stranded.

How to apply – four fields, no CV.
Four details are enough. We call you back and discuss everything else in your language.
What happens next: we call you on working days – in the language you chose. A conversation about your experience, then an appointment to check your documents and, depending on the trade, a work sample at our site in Marijampolė. If everything fits, we present you to customers and plan your first deployment.
Or write to us directly via WhatsApp: trade and earliest start are enough to begin with.
Frequently asked questions.
Beware of fraud
We never ask for money, bank details or copies of your documents via social networks. You sign all contracts in person or via our official channels. If in doubt: info@izotop.lt.
Does the placement cost me anything?
No. You pay us nothing – not for the placement, not for the papers, not for arranging a deployment. Anyone who asks you for money is not IZOTOP.
Who is my employer?
A company of the IZOTOP Group – which one is stated in your employment contract. You work at a customer’s company in Germany, but your contract, your pay and your contacts are with us.
How long does a deployment last?
From a few weeks to many months. We discuss this before every deployment. Afterwards there is usually the next one – or, if you and the customer want it, a permanent job there.
Where do I live, and what does the accommodation cost?
In accommodation we organise near the site – with colleagues from your team. It costs you nothing: no deduction from wages, no rent. Room, location and travel to work are in your contract before you sign.
What if I do not speak the language?
Your contact speaks your language and German or English. In teams from 4 people he is on site as site lead, present at the induction and remains your contact; for smaller deployments you reach him by phone.
How often do I go home, and who pays the trip?
Home trips and their costs are regulated in the contract before each deployment – before you sign. Travel to the deployment and back at the end is organised and paid by us.
Am I health-insured in Germany?
Yes. With the A1 certificate you remain insured in Lithuania; with the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) you are treated in Germany. Sick pay is in your contract.
I have no welder certificate. Is that still possible?
If you can weld, yes. We test your skills in a weld test and organise the EN ISO 9606-1 test if the deployment requires it.
