The same applies to every group: profile in advance, offer within one working day, workers on site 5 to 10 working days after your confirmation, replacement within 3 working days at no extra charge – from one person, single workers welcome. Is your trade not listed? Ask anyway – we tell you within one working day whether we can deliver.
Production workers and machine operators: line, packing, final inspection – in two- and three-shift operation.
Warehouse staff, order pickers, forklift drivers: goods-in, dispatch, stocktaking – for the season and the long term.
Structural steel, plant, pipework. Assembly from drawings, work at height.
Structural steel, formwork, drywall. Under a works contract with our own site lead.
MAG, TIG and MMA. EN ISO 9606-1 certificate in the profile where your job requires it.
German companies most often lack employees with vocational training – 57 percent of companies with recruitment problems search in vain for exactly this qualification. The Federal Employment Agency lists 157 shortage occupations for 2025, including construction and trade occupations. What applies to all trades.
- Profile before arrivalQualification, tests, work experience, languages, earliest start date. In temporary staffing you decide who comes; under a works contract we assemble the team.
- Tested in LithuaniaInterview with our specialists, document check and a work sample where it makes sense – driving test for forklift drivers, measuring and assembly to instructions in production, weld test for welders. Anyone who doesn’t impress us doesn’t travel.
- ContactFrom 4 workers a site lead works in the team, speaks German or English and talks directly to your foreman. For 1 to 3 workers: a German- or English-speaking contact at our office by phone, reachable on working days.
- EquipmentPersonal protective equipment and workwear are brought by our workers. Company-specific equipment and tools are agreed in the offer.
- DocumentsA1 certificate for every deployment, employment contract, operator certificates (for example forklift licence) and test certificates in the profile.
How we select.
We do not take everyone. Before you receive a profile from us, the worker has passed three stages.
1Interview
Work experience, machines and warehouse systems, shift patterns, reading drawings, way of working. Led by people who come from industry themselves.
2Document check
Validity and range of certificates, operator licences, identity documents, previous employers.
3Work sample where it makes sense
Forklift drivers do a driving test, order pickers work through a list with a scanner, production workers measure and assemble to instructions, welders weld in the required process. In temporary staffing, on request, also a work sample at your site on the first day.
Anyone who fails is not presented. That is why replacement in 3 working days is feasible for us – we have tested people in reserve.
