Production workers with shift experience.

A line that stops for lack of people never makes up the lost output. We send you production workers who know shift operation: at the machine, on the line, in packing and final inspection. For order peaks, holiday periods or a permanent third shift – individually or as a team. Profile in advance, at the line 5 to 10 working days after your confirmation.

Market situation: shifts cannot be postponed

According to the DIHK skilled-labour report 2025/2026, 36 percent of German companies cannot fill vacancies at least in part; small and medium-sized companies are more affected at over 40 percent than large groups. In industry the situation has eased somewhat with the economy – 17 percent of industrial companies reported being hampered by skilled-labour shortages in autumn 2025 – but anyone who has to run a third shift or serve a call-off needs the people now, not when the market recovers. For order peaks Germany has had temporary staffing for decades. The difference is not in the contract but before it: every worker has passed a practical test at our site in Lithuania before you see the profile – and the team travels together, lives together and drives to the shift together. The main risk of a third shift is not qualification but attendance.Sources: DIHK-Fachkräftereport 2025/2026 · KfW-ifo-Fachkräftebarometer, Oktober 2025

How we test

  1. 1Interview

Which machines, which cycle times, which shifts? We ask about specific workplaces, not buzzwords.

  2. 2Document check

References, certificates, ID. We ask for proof of shift experience.

  3. 3Practical task

Measuring, reading a drawing, an assembly task to instructions – at our site, before we send the profile.

  4. 4Reliability

We check references from previous employers. Anyone with unexcused absences does not join our pool.

Example deployment

An illustrative example, not a real customer situation. Working days counted from your confirmation of the offer.

An automotive supplier runs an additional night shift in the stamping shop for six months because of a customer call-off. Needed: six production workers – four machine operators for stamping machines, two for final inspection and packaging.

  • Day 01

Request – production, 6–10 people, in 1 month, 3–6 months, under notes “stamping shop, night shift, callipers, 1 × forklift licence”.

  • Working day 12

Offer – temporary staffing, one hourly rate, night-shift supplement shown as agreed, start at the shift start. The supplier confirms – working day 0.

  • Working days 1–33

Eight profiles with shift experience and measuring-tool skills, one profile with forklift licence. The supplier selects six.

  • Before the start4

Contracts, A1, accommodation 20 minutes from the plant with car sharing, travel. The supplier sends work instructions and inspection plans – we go through them with the team beforehand.

  • Start5

Safety briefing and induction by the shift leader, the site lead translates. After two nights all workplaces are running.

  • Ongoing6

Timesheet from your time recording, one invoice per month. After four months the supplier extends by another three months – one call is enough.

Frequently asked questions about production

Are semi-skilled workers enough, or do I need specialists?

That depends on the workplace. For line, packaging and final inspection we present experienced semi-skilled production workers. For set-up, CNC or maintenance we state trained specialists separately. Describe the workplace in one sentence – we suggest the right profile.

How quickly are new workers trained in?

Our people know shift work and work instructions. Induction on your machine is done by you as for your own staff; the site lead translates the first days (from 4 people in the team; for smaller deployments we translate your work instructions in writing beforehand). Anyone who does not fit after induction is replaced within 3 working days – at no extra charge.

Can we take workers on later?

Yes. If you want to employ someone permanently, talk to us – we regulate the transfer in the contract. Details under Services.

How long may a deployment last?

In temporary staffing the statutory maximum assignment period of 18 months per worker with the same hirer applies. We keep track of the deadlines and suggest alternatives in good time – transfer or change of worker.

Who provides workwear and protective equipment?

Basic personal protective equipment and workwear are brought by our workers. Company-specific equipment (hygiene clothing, cut protection, hearing protection to your specification) is agreed in the offer.
