Why Lithuania – in three sentences.
According to the DIHK skilled-labour report 2025/2026, 36 percent of German companies cannot fill vacancies at least in part – most often they lack people with vocational training. The Federal Employment Agency counts 157 shortage occupations for 2025, including construction and trade occupations, and finds the share of foreign employees in these occupations has doubled since 2014. Our workers are EU citizens – Lithuania is an EU member with full freedom of movement for workers: no work permit, no visa, an A1 certificate instead of a trip to the authorities. And around 1,300 km to the Ruhr area: a day’s drive by minibus, the team arrives the evening before.Sources: DIHK-Fachkräftereport 2025/2026 · Bundesagentur für Arbeit, Fachkräfteengpassanalyse 2025 · Arbeitnehmerfreizügigkeit seit 01.05.2011

1Send request
Trade, number, start date and location – done in a few minutes. No job description, no draft contract needed. One sentence on shift system, workstation or forklift licence helps us find the right people.
-
2Receive offer
Within one working day, in writing and with a price. The offer states the hourly rate, what it includes, the agreed supplements, the earliest start dates and the contract form – temporary staffing or works contract. Your confirmation is working day 0 for everything that follows.
-
3Work begins
5 to 10 working days after your confirmation your workers are on site – with employment contract, A1 certificate, accommodation nearby and a contact who talks directly to your foreman: from 4 workers a site lead in the team, for 1 to 3 a German- or English-speaking contact at our office by phone. You brief them, we take care of everything else.
The whole process in working days
How we count our deadlines: in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany and Lithuania), from a complete request. Working day 0 for the start is your confirmation of the offer – in temporary staffing together with your selection of profiles. Replacement within 3 working days counts from your notice to us. If a deadline cannot be met in an individual case, we tell you before you commit, not afterwards.
Not a fit?Replacement in 3 working days.
If someone does not fit your operation – or does not show up or leaves early – one call is enough. Within 3 working days the replacement is at your site, at no extra charge, with a profile in advance as for the first deployment. You pay only hours worked and signed off by your foreman. Under a works contract the same applies as warranty: we ensure the agreed work and staffing.
You get staff. We handle the paperwork.
We take care of everything around the deployment. You receive a single invoice for it.
- A1 certificatesApplied for every worker – you receive a copy for your records.
- Employment contractsSettled for every deployment – with social security, holiday and sick pay.
- Wages, social contributions, wage taxWe take care of payroll and payment. Social security in Lithuania (A1 certificate); in temporary staffing, wage tax in Germany. The statutory minimum wage is paid; the temporary-work wage floor and equal treatment are built into the hourly rate – with proofs.
- Accommodation and travelAccommodation near the site – free of charge for the worker, no deduction from wages –, travel from Lithuania to your location and back.
- A contact who speaks GermanFrom 4 workers a site lead in the team on the ground; for 1 to 3 a German- or English-speaking contact at our office by phone. Translates the briefing, has your foreman’s number.
- One invoiceOne hourly rate with everything in it – supplements only if agreed, on the same invoice. Timesheets attached.

Profile first. Then the journey.
For every worker you receive a profile in advance with qualification, tests, languages and earliest start date. In temporary staffing you decide who comes. Under a works contract you receive the team’s credentials and the site lead’s name; the selection of individual workers is ours.

Sample data for illustration, not a real person. German A2 = understands safety instructions, quantities and work instructions; technical discussions go through the contact.

kristina@izotop.ltQuestions from purchasing.
What buyers and plant managers ask us most often before the first deployment.
Which documents do we receive in advance?
One profile per worker with qualification, certificates, languages and availability – for example forklift licence or operator certificates. Plus our documents from Legal & quality: the AÜG licence of the Federal Employment Agency (certificate enclosed with every offer) and an A1 sample. Before the start you receive each worker’s A1 certificate as a copy.
Who is the employer, who gives instructions?
In temporary staffing the staffing provider remains the employer; the workers follow your instructions and your shift plan. Under a works contract the contractor’s team carries out the scope under its own management – you accept the result. Who your contract partner is and which form fits your deployment is stated in the offer.
Who takes care of A1, accommodation and travel?
We do. You receive no separate invoices for it, but one hourly rate on one invoice. The accommodation is near the site and free of charge for the worker – no deduction from wages; we organise travel from Lithuania to your location.
What happens if someone does not fit, does not show up or leaves early?
You tell us – one call is enough. Within 3 working days a replacement is on site, at no extra charge, with a profile in advance. We take the worker who does not fit back. You pay only hours worked and signed off by your foreman.
How do the workers communicate on site?
The profile states each worker’s language level. From 4 workers a site lead works in the team, speaks German or English, translates during the induction and is your foreman’s contact. For 1 to 3 workers we name a German- or English-speaking contact at our office who is reachable by phone and translates your safety briefing in advance.
Is there a minimum number, minimum duration or minimum number of hours?
No. We also send a single worker, we take on short deployments, and there is no minimum number of hours – you pay only hours worked and signed off. For longer temporary staffing deployments we observe the statutory maximum assignment period of 18 months – how that works is explained under Services.
What does it cost?
One hourly rate per worker with everything in it: wages, social contributions, A1, accommodation, travel, workwear, contact, replacement and our organisation. On top come only the supplements for night, Sunday and public-holiday work – agreed in advance, on the same invoice. No flat fees for accommodation, travel or administration. We tell you the price for your deployment in the offer – within one working day.
How do we protect ourselves against liability risks?
With documents instead of promises: AÜG licence, A1 certificate per worker, proof of wage and contribution payments. What that means for your secondary liability and which documents you receive from us is under Legal & quality.
Request staff – offer by the next working day.
